The "regime" couldn't be simpler. It's merely putting eye drops of castor oil in the eyes before bedtime. If you GOOGLE castor oil cataracts or similar you'll get more hits than you can handle. One such link is: http://grandpawallysnaturalremedies.com/tag/dissolving-cataracts/

You must use PURE castor oil! This is NOT the drugstore product. Go to a reputable health food store to obtain the pure product.

I suppose I should add that you should consult a doctor first. Fat chance they're going to approve (bad for business). I'm looking forward to my  next eye doc appointment. I've noticed definite improvement in my own vision. The oil is benign. It doesn't sting or cause unpleasant symptoms beyond a temporary blurring of vision. It is, in fact, extremely soothing to the eyes.

Can anyone tell me what the "castor oil regime" mentioned here relating to Wet Eye / Dry Eye - Macular Degeneration is?
