  I can't tell you how delighted I was to find this in the Sept 28th edition of Five Doves by Dove Kat Kanning. I had done the same thing myself, as I worked thru the lessons, but my compilation was not near as organized and easy to use as this one. 
Anyone desiring to learn (or curious) about the Rapture and the Bride of Christ from a reliable source could not do better than going thru this complete study by Pastor Bob.
