Hello, John and Doves,

There are those who believe that the Jewish calendar
currently in use could be 200 to 250 years off...

There are a few things to be said in response:

First of all, Rabbi Shaul, under the inspiration of the Ruach HaKodesh, wrote,

Now, since Rabbi Shaul--of Brit Chadashah authorship--studied under Gamaliel, it is probable beyond a reasonable doubt that all of the following statements are true.
1.    Galatians 3:17 is true.
Gamaliel represented the best scholarship of historical fact.
2.    The calendar in use by the Pharisees at that time was correct.
[ Jesus said that they should have known the time of their visitation.
        (Daniel 9:26 and Luke 19:44)
3.    That same calendar can be found at http://www.aish.com/h/, a Jewish,
non-Messianic site at this time [see Jeremiah 31 and Luke 13].

Finally, 70 X 49 years = 3, 430 years [3.430 to Europeans, et al.] every day (and night) since before Creation, since Math is eternal. [Daniel 9:24]  He will come on time, just like the trains in Tokyo.

Therefore, no matter the year and mistakes people make, it is likely beyond a reasonable doubt that God will come in His sweet time.  That is to say, in His good and perfect time.

The fact that mere man has trouble holding on to the hot potato called "the righteous and true date" bears no meaningful weight on just exactly when Yeshua HaMashiach will come for His Bride.  Clearly, He will come only when The Father sends Him--no sooner, and no later.  We simply need to keep watching, not trying to figure out how long we can afford to mistreat the servants of the master.  [Acts 7:6]

It is written,
But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its rays. And you will go out and frolic like well-fed calves.
Malachi 4:2  NIV

Read the whole chapter for a view to the future.
