Maybe I can help a little. I had to study hard to figure this out. I know nothing about your 17 years, but I know how the Jubilee was figured. There were 7 Sabbatical Years. Then the next year was both the Jubilee Year and the first year of the new count. The Jubilee Cycle is a 49-year cycle.

However, let's rough it out first using 50 years. There is another way to hone in on the correct start date of the Jubilee Year.

In 1917, the Balfour Declaration gave the Israelites the right to return to their land.

1917 + 50 = 1967, year of the Six-Day War
1967 + 50 = 2017

1967 + 50 = 2017 is a ballpark figure, but we can start there. Using it, we have to back up a little.

This is critical. A Jubilee year has to be preceded by a Sabbatical year, and 5775 is Sabbatical, it divides by 7 equally. Thus the Jubilee Year would start Nisan 1, 5776.

Therefore, I think the Jubilee Year will be announced on the Day of Atonement, 10th of Tishrei, 5776 = Wed, 23 September 2015.

Then the Jubilee, Sacred and Regnal Years should all start 1st of Nisan, 5776 = Sat, 9 April 2016.

It works out perfectly. Jesus' coming back on April 9 will be on the anniversary of the Resurrection on April 9, 30 AD. He comes back twice on April 9.

Now that we ball-parked it, let's do it the right way.

1917 + 49 = 1966, the 7th Sabbatical Year
1966 + 1 = 1967, the Jubilee Year

1966 + 49 = 2015
2015 + 1 = 2016, year of Jubilee, which starts on Nisan 1, April 9, 2016

It works out perfectly.

That works out ok. the Jubilee Year would start on 1st of Nisan, 5776, Sat. April 9, 2016, and end on 1st of Nisan, 5777 = Tue, 28 March 2017.

"How God Corrected Man’s Calendar"

To get to the point I am going to tell you there is a 17 year error on our calendar. It was impossible for Jerusalem to be given back in 1967 unless our calendar was wrong in view of how Lord works thru scriptures.. Only time land is returned to the previous owner is on a “Jubilee“. The corrected year was 1950 when Jerusalem was returned. Those who understand time his return will also be on a Jubilee year. This is how a Holy a perfect God works.

Lev. 25:13 “‘In this Year of Jubilee everyone is to return to their own property.

(Year of Jubilee) “‘Count off seven sabbath years—seven times seven years—so that the seven sabbath years amount to a period of forty-nine years. Lev 25:8

Consecrate the fiftieth year and proclaim liberty throughout the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a jubilee for you; each of you is to return to your family property and to your own clan. Lev 25:10

Those who have studied time understand the Lord Jesus should have returned in 2000 years at the end of 6000 years. The Daniel prophecy of 7 X 7 is nearing completion for only 62 X 7 is accounted for at the death of the Lord.

Dan 9: 25 “Know and understand this: From the time the word goes out to restore and rebuild Jerusalem until the Anointed One the ruler, comes, there will be seven ‘sevens,’ and sixty-two ‘sevens.’

Two separate comings of the Lord; first was after 62 X 7, the next after 7 X 7!

26 After the sixty-two ‘sevens,’ the Anointed One will be put to death and will have nothing-----(This was the first)

I must admit I keep coming up with a one year error till I realized Lord was counting 49 years plus one more for the Jubilee making 50. Forty nine years plus one making the fiftieth year.

Using our current calendar add a Jubilee to year Jerusalem returned to Israel in 1967. 50 plus 1967 = 2017. Correct everything by 17 years we have the Jubilee in years 1950 and year 2000. May the Lord grant you understanding. Maranatha Lord!
