"Dec 27, 2013 Just one more insight on Comet Ison"
I enjoy fellow brothers and sisters view points that are expressed on
this site. I am a follower of Yahuwah, who I believe to be the
true name of The Most High. We are commanded from His Torah to
follow His marking of times and seasons not man's The Rome church,
under the creation of Constantine, conveniently switched the day
of worship from the seventh day to the first day. They also mixed
pagan days with religious days and took the body of the Messiah in
another direction. Like wise, the Jewish council also stopped
following His days and created a calendar to mark their festivals for
centuries into the future, something we were never to do.
I say all that to explain the dates of this year. This year the
Jewish calendar should have had an extra month added which it
didn't. The small group that watches the barley being aviv were
misled by a man who found some ripen barley else where in
Jerusalem. Our commandment requires the barley to be ripe on the
Temple Mound not just at an isolated location in Jerusalem. Most
of the lunar calendar watchers have been celebrating the Feast of
Yahuwah a month earlier than what they should be.
This leads me to Dec 27, 2013. Following the calendar which should have
had an extra month added makes the first day of Hanukkah Dec. 27, 2013
! On that day, Comet Ison will make its closes approach to
Earth! While I'm not claiming that Ison has any Biblical
references, we all know that many are watching the skies and are looking
at this Comet with great anticipation. I just thought it has to
be more than a chance that Ison's closes approach to Earth is also on
the true beginning of the Festival of Lights! We may have quite a
light show believers.
