2nd month, 17th day this year is 10/21/2013. If Noah and family entered 7 days prior, this year it would be 10/14/2013. 
(KJV) Genesis 7:11 In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened.

If you look at it as a "Judgement Clock", the flood judgement was over on the 2nd month, 27th day per Genesis 8:14 (KJV) 14 And in the second month, on the seven and twentieth day of the month, was the earth dried. Which this year is 10/31/2013, aka Halloween! 

"Judgement Clock" to restart on that day??? Possible
