"Re Marilyn and Jesus birth"

Re Marilyn and Jesus birth

Hi,

Below I’ll summarize two possible conception-birth times of Jesus for comparison.  The tetrad eclipse pattern strongly reminds us to look to the heavens for celestial clues regarding important biblical events.  Farther down I have taken some time to look at Marilyn Agee’s study of Hanukah and the end times.

For those checking on their own, remember that the Gregorian calendar correction causes fluctuation of 8 to 10 days in actual dates in this time period.  When considering Hebrew months the first day of the month can be found by watching the Moon pass the Sun, for example Rosh Hashanah.

Below are some incomplete stellar observations, which I must pursue:

Marilyn’s concept:

Conception on Kislev 24, 6 BC

This is Dec. 2 , -6 by Hebcal, but counting days from a new moon I get Kislev 24 on the 16th of Dec. on Stellarium.

We see an interesting planetary sign

-Sun and mercury in Sagittarius  (at roughly the area of alpha star) and moon at feet of Virgo, but a conception?

Birth Tishrei 1 RH, Sept 5, 5BC

This appears to be 267 days for the nine months which is the 280 day tradition minus 14(5) days from ovulation.

I find 9/13/-05 for RH 3776

Here is a nice sign in the planets.  Sun and moon pass over the wrist of Virgo while Venus passes Spica in Virgo and the moon goes by.   Also, Mercury is at the feet of Virgo.  Marilyn says that this is Rev. 12, but I’m still considering.  The beast would have to be Serpens.  The moon at her feet would be the day after RH.  The pregnancy would be Venus.

So, this means Rev 12:1 was fulfilled in 5BC?

GM’s conception concept:

RH 3BC, Sept. 20

Mars at Virgo’s head (coming to Earth to battle Satan)

Michael at shoulders/heart

Sun and Moon conjunct at Spica

Moon at Virgo’s feet

Venus at Scorpius.

Birth June/Tamuz 9, 2BC

This is 274 days (or 273?)  Gematria 274 divided by two = 137 is very strong, including “I am the truth, Crucifix, Go Forth”.

My main interest for now was to compare the celestial signs for each of our concepts of Jesus’ conception and birth.  It turns out we each have one very relevant sign and one less so.

Your illustrations of the scriptures, which may point to Hanukah, are very interesting.

That the ages of your loved ones have been made so prominent to you is notable.  I can see why all of these things tie in to your thoughts about the rapture.

Looking at your reference verses:

Hag 2:18-19

“24th day of the ninth month”, this you take as Kislev, these prophecies are from the same time as Daniel.   Haggai and Zechariah prophesy together as contemporaries of Daniel.  They counted from Nisan.  Eg: Zec 1:7, “…the eleventh month, which is the month Sebat,…”.  This is Shavat in Jan. or Feb.  So, this consideration holds and is supported by this verse in Zec.  I mention Daniel since he references the same kings and because he references months, but does not clarify which calendar cycle.  Note to self…

The only question is, “Does this relate to the rapture?”  For this to apply to the church, the removal of the church must imply an immediate and direct reactivation of God’s covenant with Israel.  I believe the text of Haggai and Zechariah, Daniel 9 and the prophesied appearance of the two witnesses all imply that this is so.

One alternative is that the Hanukah season relates to Christ’s final return.

Marilyn wrote:

“Mt 24:50,51 says, The lord of that servant (i.e., the foolish one) shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of, 51  And shall cut him asunder (i.e., cut him off), and appoint him his portion (i.e., the Great Tribulation) with the hypocrites (pretenders): there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth."

The next day is Kislev 25, Hanukkah, when the oil for one day began to last eight days (Kislev 25- Teveth 2), the length of time for making new oil. Hanukkah lasts 8 days. The foolish virgins had to wait 8 days to buy new oil. In the meantime the wise virgins that were ready went with the bridegroom, who is Christ.

I can see your thoughts here.  Hanukah does fit well.  Without attempting to define a doctrine, I will summarize a meaning.  The implication is that the oil in the lamp is the act of watching for his return.  Interesting.  Is a Hebrew watching for the Messiah’s coming included even if that person has not acknowledged Christ?  Not trying to stir up something, but this question does seem to follow the idea.  Personally, I believe it is, at least, possible as a sign of the reactivation of the covenant with the people of Israel.  Is this the remnant that is carried “on eagles wings”?

One question I have regards the statement that “the foolish virgins had to wait 8 days to buy new oil.”  How do we know this?

It seems to me that all of the above could be true without Jesus’ conception on Kislev 24.  However, I do see how you connect the prophecy and the traditional references to carrying a child.

Coming back to the conception and birth of Christ Jesus.  Following the idea of signs in the stars, I have found the tetrad eclipses compelling.  One thing that encourages me about an AD 33 crucifixion is the ongoing tetrad at that time; this particularly true if Jesus was crucified on Passover day, Nisan 15  (Mathew does say he ate the Passover meal).

Referencing your post on Oct. 8 I see your timing of the crucifixion on AD 30, Nisan 13.  I can see this when defining Jesus’ time in the tomb as three full days and nights.  I have tried to resolve the various scriptures myself and have changed my mind more than once…haha.  I finally came back to three partial days and two nights in resignation that this seems to fit scripture the best.

So, my main question regarding a crucifixion on Nisan 13 is, “Where is the Sabbath?”   One very clear thing stated is that the friends of Jesus were in a hurry to entomb his body because a Sabbath was starting at sundown.  Nisan 13 appears to have been a Tuesday that year (hebcal) and a full day before the Passover meal.  In this case there is no Sabbath to hurry for…was there?

These verses from Mathew 26 illustrate:

17 Now the first day of the feast of unleavened bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying unto him, “Where wilt thou that we prepare for thee to eat the Passover?”

18 And he said, Go into the city to such a man, and say unto him, The Master saith, “My time is at hand; I will keep the Passover at thy house with my disciples.”

19 And the disciples did as Jesus had appointed them; and they made ready the Passover.

20 Now when the even was come, he sat down with the twelve.

21 And as they did eat, he said, “Verily I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me.”

It is easy for me to understand how you may have come to the crucifixion on Nisan 13, but you can see there is a contradiction to these verses, I think.  I’m hoping you have the “patient endurance” (smile) to trudge through my thoughts because I can see many of your thoughts regarding Hanukah.  And, I think more clarity, for me at least, is possible.
