CR & David, During that time described, I was driving down from Seminole to the Midland airport. The weather indeed was more terrible than normal, could hardly see, and there were flash flood warnings in Midland. Even up in Seminole, I do remember hearing it sounding so strange and different. Hearing that & seeing the streets of Seminole flooded, & the dark, caused me to wonder if I was going to make it to Midland. Even if the sounds were natural, of some sort, they were so strange, that they forced people to think of the LORD. If they were not natural, then we all need to repent, fast. II Chronicles 7:14 doesn't lay things at the feet of the sodomites & drug addicts, but at the feet of the LORD's people. Also, Jesus only was angry with the Scribes, Pharisees, etc., those who knew the book & knew better. We, like them, know better, we know the answer to the country's problem, and we know the we should repent. Lately, there seems to be more likelihood of lost people repenting, than the LORD's people repenting. I'm convinced that Jesus is more upset with us, over what has happened to our country, than he is with the lost. Gino
