"RE: Terri Hill" 10.17.13: friends"

Terri,
	That was an astounding letter!
That had to be one of the most encouraging letters that I have ever read!
It was like sitting in the warm water, on a peaceful shore, feeling the gentle waves rolling in, one after another.
While I read the letter, I felt waves of joy, one after another, that kept coming in, washing softly around me.
Too bad that "gooder" is not a word, because that is what the letter was like, as I read it kept "a gettin' gooder and gooder".

Clearly, you didn't simply sit down and write something like that.
The LORD brought you through a lifetime of joy in the midst of the storms.
So that you could write for us, in light of what he's done for you, to assure us of what he will do for us.
You must have lived that letter, every line, before you wrote it.
That was your life, your times in the storms with Jesus, your times resting on his breast, your times when he called you his friend.
Then he must have brought to your remembrance, exactly the scriptures, that show that this is how he always has been.
Also, then, those scriptures prove that he will thus be so with us.

Thank you so much, yes, for writing that.
Also, thank you for going through those storms with Jesus, so that you could encourage your brethren in these very last days.
