If you read my letter posted on 10/24/13 titled "11:33", here's what's occurred since I composed and sent that letter:
While waiting for laundry to finish, I'm playing Sudoku on my IPad
while simultaneously watching HGTV - love those renovating shows :) I
choose the breezy challenge where I was finishing puzzles in my
usual two to three minute timeframes. I did finish one game just under 2
minutes, which made me again appreciate my 1:33 (one minute, 33
second) games that I referred to in my previous letter. It's really
difficult for me to score that fast at my current level, but the
more amazing thing to me is the time ends on the exact number
combination I've been noticing!
During this gaming session, an almost completed puzzle
pops up, meaning there were hardly any blanks for me to figure out,
which is strange because I'm way past that level of ease, but I
decide to go for it as quickly as I could and I TIED my Best Ever game @
:33 seconds! I ran to show my husband - he laughed his laugh and said
"Wow! That is something, honey!" I stopped playing so that I could
show the boys the screen when they got home from school. Of course,
they just rolled their eyes - ugh - typical teens! I'm going to take a
photo of it as it reflects the time of my last game @ :33 along with my
Best Ever game @ :33!!
Later, I run to the grocery store and at
the end of my transaction, the cashier looks at my receipt and says
"You saved 33 dollars today, ma'am!" I start to giggle and asked "Did
you say 33?" He looks again before handing me my receipt and says
"Yep, 33." I'm shaking my head all the way to the van and then look at
the receipt myself. Using my loyalty card, my actual savings came
to $33.14, but the cashier obviously decided to round it to just
$33 when he read it to me. When I asked him to repeat it, he looked at
my receipt again as it was still in his hand and although he had
the opportunity to read me the exact amount, including the cents, he
said only "thirty three" even leaving off the word "dollars!" Too
funny, right?
That same evening, I notice our older son had
unplugged his alarm clock in order to plug in a fan - that's not going
to work, so we move the fan to another area in his room and plug his
clock back in. I ask my husband to set it for him and he asks me to go
check the time on our cable box - it was 10:33 p.m. - you may be
thinking how much more impressive if it had been 11:33p.m. since that's
the time that I originally saw/noticed the most plus it's the number of
the Burger King receipt of $11.33 noted from my previous letter. But,
when considering that 0 is more of a place holder and not really a
number, it could easily be translated to 133, same as my locker # at
work and my two Sudoku times that impressed me @ 1:33 before the now TWO
record breaking :33second games!
Okay, so what might it all
mean? A Christian friend of my mother-in-law's suggested that the
message may be a warning, an alarm, which is where my focus has been,
but she also suggested there could be a positive message, good news,
which I hadn't actually considered...
I'm not very technical (don't even know how to text on my
phone), so when this idea popped in my mind, I can say it's not
somewhere I'd naturally go. And, it may be a rabbit hole, but in the
last 24 hours, I thought maybe it's a location related to GPS
coordinates?
So, I asked my husband to go to his Google Earth and plug
in Jerusalem, more specifically, the Temple Mount and we get 31 degrees
North, 35 degrees East. Okay, so the 31 is a combination of my number
puzzle. Then, I consider Damascus in Syria (think Isaiah 17:1 prophecy
regarding this ancient city's destruction which has not yet been
fullfilled) and we get 33 degrees North, 36 degrees East. Well, there
could definitely be a warning/alarm for that location to consider what
with the current headlines of our day...
I then decide to head to the U.S. and notice that many of
our southern cities are at 33 degrees North of the equator, such as
Georgetown SC, Atlanta GA, Birmingham, AL, Holmes MS, Lafayette AR,
Dallas TX, Roswell NM, San Diego CA...
Just for kicks, I plug our actual home
address at Chandler AZ into Google Earth and guess what I get? 33
degrees North, 111 degrees West! I've come full circle to my
original WalMart receipt of $111.33 on 6/13/12 which is what began my
search. Wow! Talk about "knows the number of hairs on our heads"! God
is so all about personal relationships - I love that He knows exactly
where to find me when it's time to take me home :) This revelation
brings me an amazing amount of comfort right now and definitely falls
into the "good news" category of my life :)
Well, that's the
latest from my mystery number puzzle adventure - hope you enjoyed the
journey as much as I have :) And, although I feel I received a very
personal affirmation from the Lord, I realize there may be a warning
involved, as well, so any input or feedback is appreciated.
Feeling loved and at peace,
Gidget
