Greetings M. Agee, another 5-doves reader - Michael Colunga posted some good pointers to where in the Bible God talked about planning out our lives - even before we were born, one of those is -

 

Psalm 139 - verse 16 :

    16You saw me before I was born.

Every day of my life was recorded in your book.

Every moment was laid out

before a single day had passed

 

this scripture verse clearly tells us that God has planned out in advance our earthly lives, of course we still have to agree with Him and actually fulfill the mission / assignments that He has called us to do

 

also in Ephesians 2:10 says " we are God's handiwork, created in Jesus Christ to do good works which God has prepared in advance for us to do "

 

So i would say yes God has planned out our lives, but we still have to live out and do what He has planned for us to do. God has divine assignments for every Christian believer to fulfill in their earthly lives. He has given each of us spiritual gifts to be used for eternal value. The choice of taking risks, stepping out of the boat and letting God use our lives for His kingdom purposes is up to us. Will we spend our lives on earthly or eternal goals ? Will we seek earthly treasurer of eternal treasurer and heavenly rewards

 

I would encourage everyone to use your life for God's eternal purposes and store up treasurer in heaven - which will last for all of eternity. Soon Jesus will be returning in the rapture of all saved Christian believers. We will then stand before God at the Judgement Seat of Christ. Where our lives will be reviewed to see if we qualify for eternal rewards. Start using your life today for eternal purposes, it will be the best use of your earthly life, and you will be putting a big smile on your Savior's face !
