After I wrote the first part on Elijah and Elisha, it came to me that it might be Very Interesting indeed to read about the account of Elijah being taken to heaven and Elisha following him, and receiving the Double Portion.
 
Why? Because of the timing indicators in the text. Do they hint at the season of the year that this event happened?
 
I have not yet studied it so some of you Doves may want to post on that!
 
I believe there are timing indicators there in the text and I think they point to the Spring!!
