Does not the bible says “Laughter is good as medicine” the Lord wants us to laugh. He laughs with us because He loves it when we laugh, smile and full of joy. Remember His joy is our strength. As far as raising our hands to Him is our way of worshipping Him. When you love, honor, and respect the Lord and grateful for what He has done for you you want to worship Him with all your heart, mind, and strength. As we raise our hands in worship He saturates us with His Spirit. As far as being slain in the Spirit that also is a work of the Holy Spirit. He does a great work in you when you are out laying on the floor. Ask the Lord to reveal to you what I just ministered to you if it is the truth. Love Deborah
