"A Book on The Blessed Hope"

This message is to alert everyone to the existence of a fine, well-researched book on the pre-tribulation rapture of the bride of Christ and how it is described through the types and precepts of the Old Testament. I am reading this book for the third time and still find new nuggets of truth that I missed earlier. A great book for all Christians, especially in these last days!

Matt. 24:42 “Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.”

Matt 25:13 “Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.”

Lk 12:36,40 “And ye yourselves like unto men that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding; that when he cometh and knocketh, they may open unto him immediately. . . Be ye therefore ready also; for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not.”

Acts 1:11 “Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, so shall come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.”

Phil. 3:20,21 “For our conversation is in heaven: from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ who shall change our vile body that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.”

Tit. 2:11-13 “For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously and godly, in this present world, looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour, Jesus Christ.”

The book Precepts of the Blessed Hope by Don Mills (2009)  answers the questions we may have concerning the pre-tribulation rapture of the church with a strong belief in the types and precepts of the Old Testament. He provides new light for those stories that for many have lingered in the shadows of their knowledge of the Bible and its teachings about the bride of Christ. He shows how the many types and precepts in the Bible clearly picture the gracious design of a pre-tribulation rapture for His church.
