1) I could be wrong...for sure!

2) I would NOT "roll" my date forward if I was wrong.

oh, and 3.....

3) I'm ALL IN! 

 

All in?  Well, if you've said you could be wrong......  you can't be all-ALL in then! 

 

Another person posting here, was looking at the END of the Fall Feasts....and that date has come and gone as well...but, her website is now looking at the mid-end of October.....  we shall see.  Many other people over the last few years have "rolled" their date forward.  The most high profile of which was the guy that picked May 21? 2011....... and then rolled it to October 2011.  He caught a lot of flack in the Main Stream Media.  I was surpirsed his date setting had made such a ruckus....as I'd never heard of Harold Camping before. Hey, he even put up a number of HUGE billboards up in the NE of the country.  All I did was put out a little website. 

 

(Gotta say, though..... in the 2 weeks before Rosh Hashanah, some 25,000 people vistied that site.  Wow...I was amazed!  And, even AFTER Rosh.......there are still around 400 people a day coming to the site.  some of the people leaving comments wanted me to keep the site open, But I believe it's purpose had come and gone....and it was better to refer them to other places, like here, to post and interact.) 

 

Oh well.....

 

And....life goes on. 

 

Fortunately, emotionally, i was never ALL IN.   I refused to be as one of the "Millerites" back in the 1830's (?) who sold everything and went to live with the Millers on their farm......to wait for "the" date.  Some of them were so depressed when it didn't happen, they committed suicide.  And.....pastor Miller "rolled" his date, too....which, of course, never came.

 

If I'm not mistaken, the Millerite movement was the start of the Pentecostal church?  I could be wrong....

 

Anyway......

 

I'm not depressed.  I'm not ticked.....   I'd say that I am just disappointed.

 

Why?

1) I really thought God might have given me the "inside track" .....using the DOW drop on Rosh Hashanah 2008 or 777.68.  And I had "figured out" that those numbers pointed to Rosh Hashanah 2012.   You know my story.  WAH!!  NOT!!  But, WHAT A COINCIDENCE how those numbers all lined up.....WAH!!  lol.... 

2) ALOT of us had been looking at Rosh Hashanah 2012.....for a variety of reasons.  The time..THIS TIME....still seems so RIGHT. 

3) But NOW.....wah......  I/we are left with dealing with the every-present challenges that still confront us in THIS life....as we still wait on the Lord for the Rapture.

 

Such as... HOPING that Obama will lose to Romney.  Fortunately, it's only 1 month from now until we know.

 

It WILL be interesting to watch the race until we know.

It WILL be interesting to keep watching Israel......to see what develops.  THAT confrontation, with or without the USa.... before OR after the Elections...... no matter WHO wins.....  will keep my eyes posted on Middle East news!!

 

So...

What I still believe...

1) I still believe THIS is THE generation that will see the Rapture.

2) I still believe the 70th birthday of Israel in 2018 plays a role for the Rapture

3) I still believe the pending attack of Israel on Iran plays a role as well..........

4) I will still be a "watcher" but I will NOT be DOTING on "A DATE" any more.  I made a serious effort, even a website, at trying to get the word out....and I'll leave the results of that in God's hands...including whatever evengelistic "seeds" may have been planted. 

5) I sitll believe the Rapture is connected to the Jewish Feasts......srping? Fall?  I'll be watching during both.

6) I beleive the Rapture may be connedcted (outisde of the Jewish Feasts) possibly to the Israel/Iran attack.  During which, God could move to protect Israel in a supernatural way......as He did to bring Israel back to their homeland in 1948, and as God has moved in the life of Israel MANY MANY times over the first 4000 years of creation.  We shall see..SOON!! I believe......

 

 

THE SILLY SIDE OF my watching......

1) Today, on the drive to work, there were TWO programs (1 was Chuck Swindol) speaking about the NEARNESS of the Rapture.  THAT was encouraging......  Coincidence????  Hey.....I have heard ALOT of radio programs on End Times and the Rapture in the past 10 months....ALOT! 

and...

2) the silly side....  a couple years ago I posted here about hitting a bird with my car.....and I said to the Lord...."if the Rapture is near....then let me hit TWO more creatures soon."    I know, silly....HOWEVER...... within a couple weeks, I hit a squirrel and then, at NIGHT.....hit a white rabbit.  And the rabbit was clearly PAST my car running across the road and he DOUBLED BACK to be sure I hit him..  UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!      But this morning.....I came up on a rabbit JUST SITTING THERE IN THE MIDDLE OF MY side of the road.  NOT MOVING AT ALL.  All I could do is straddle him and hope he cleared underneath and did not move.....then I heard the CLUNK CLUNK>....   UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  What the HECK!!???    does it mean anything??  I'm not sure.....BUT I know this....THE RABBIT DIED!!!!!!!!!!  Of that much I AM SURE!!  lol....sad.......

 

So....that's my story....and life goes on.  Ffor so many reasons......the world makes MORE sense if the Rapture is soon.  For so many reasons, my life makes more sense (would be easier!!  smile....lol) if the Rapture is soon.  I'ts NOT that I don't like this life.......or that I don't like my life......I have a pretty great life (Thank you Lord..) 

 

It's just that:

1) I've been an End Times Bible Prophecy student now for over 1/4 of my life....around 15 years.  And it makes MORE sense to me that the Rapture is SOON....than if it is still 2, or 5 or 10 or more years from now. 

and

2) Though I enjoy this life...I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE NEXT......the NEXT BIG ADVENTURE!!!!!!  The Marriage Supper of the Lamb of God.... WOW!!!!    To see God's hand move in such a BIG BIG BIG way in this world, like never before since Jesus Christ was first here.....since the Flood.  With 58 years BEHIND ME.....  the NEXT life excites me MORE than anything that can happen yet in this life!! 

 

It has been an interesting 5 months.....  I'd never gone out on a limb to "set" a date before.    And, once you MISS a date, in my opinion, you CAN'T do that again...  

 

So........my posts will be on Five Doves.  Thank you John for THIS wonderful website.  Though you live on the other side of the world from the United States (what amazing technology!!)  I look forward to meeting you one day......SOON!!
