From: Marilyn AgeeHi:> > Luke 4:19 Jesus is speaking> > "To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord." (And then He closed the Book and sat down.) Why did he close the book at that point?
On the Sabbath nearest the Day of Atonement in 27 AD, Jesus announced the Jubilee Year that would start on the following Nisan 1, in 28 AD, but that was not “the day of vengeance of our God”, which is still future in our days.
The day of God’s vengeance, the day of God’s wrath, the day of Jacob’s trouble, is still future. I think it will be Tishri 1, 5776, Sept. 14, 2015.Jer_30:7 says, “Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble; but he shall be saved out of it.” I think the 144,000 Israelites of Rev 7 will be caught up in the Last-Trump Rapture that day.Luk 21:20-22 says, “And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh. 21 Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto. 22 For these be the DAYS OF VENGEANCE, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.”De 32:35 says, “To me belongeth VENGEANCE, and recompence; their foot shall slide in due time: for THE DAY OF THEIR CALAMITY is at hand”.Pro_6:34 says, “For jealousy is the rage of a man: therefore he will not spare in THE DAY OF VENGEANCE.”Isa 34:8-10 says, “For it is THE DAY OF THE LORD'S VENGEANCE, and THE YEAR OF RECOMPENCES for the controversy of Zion (i.e., Jerusalem). 9 And the streams thereof shall be turned into pitch, and the dust thereof into brimstone, and the land thereof shall become burning pitch. 10 It shall not be quenched night nor day; the smoke thereof shall go up for ever: from generation to generation IT SHALL LIE WASTE; none shall pass through it for ever and ever.”Isa_63:4 says, "For THE DAY OF VENGEANCE (Tishri 1, 5776) is in mine heart, and THE YEAR (5776) of my redeemed is come.”Jer_46:10 says, “For this is THE DAY OF THE LORD GOD OF HOSTS, A DAY OF VENGEANCE, that he may avenge him of his adversaries: and the sword shall devour, and it shall be satiate and made drunk with their blood: for the Lord GOD of hosts hath a sacrifice in the north country by the river Euphrates.”I think the Day of God’s Wrath will be the Feast of Trumpets, Tishri 1, 5776, Sept. 14, 2015. The Jubilee Year should be announced on the Day of Atonement, Tishri 10, and the Jubilee Year start Saturday, Nisan 1, 5776, April 9, 2016 (Gregorian), on the anniversary of the Resurrection on April 9, 30 AD (Julian). Thus, Jesus comes back twice on April 9 even though it is figured on two different calendars. To me, this reflects the fact that the Lord knows what is going to happen before it takes place.
A Jubilee year has to be preceded by a Sabbatic Year, and 5775 is Sabbatic. To me, this locks in the date of the Jubilee year. 5768 was too soon, and 5782 is too late.
To me, the eclipse tetrad in 2014 and 2015 points to 2015 as the year of the Day of God’s Wrath. The last eclipse of the tetrad is 9-23-2015, the Feast of Tabernacles.Rev 6:12 says, “And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood”. This eclipse will happen on the Eve of Trumpets, Sept 13, 2015.The Day of God’s vengeance follows on Sept 14: “For it is the day of the LORD'S vengeance, and the year of recompences for the controversy of Zion” (Isa 34.8).Jer_51:56 says, “Because the spoiler is come upon her, even upon Babylon, and her mighty men are taken, every one of their bows is broken: for the LORD God of recompences shall surely requite (shalam, reciprocate)”The verse I saw a rectangle of light on in a darkened room fits here. Jer 50:2 says, “Declare ye among the nations, and publish, and set up a standard; publish, and conceal not: say, Babylon is taken, Bel is confounded, Merodach is broken in pieces; her idols are confounded, her images are broken in pieces.”> > This is conjecture on my part, but I believe that for a particular year to qualify as "the acceptable year of the Lord" it must also be a 'year of perfect order' in which the days of the week exactly coincide with the actual days of the Passion Week. The New Moon first day of the month of Nisan must fall on a Thursday so the the Passover falls on Wednesday the fourteenth and the Resurrection falls on Sunday the eighteenth. How do you get these figures?Below are the figures I get, but first let me tell you how I have just recently figured out how to use the Calendar Converter at http://www.fourmilab.ch/documents/calendar/Most calendar converters are off by 2 days on the Hebrew Calendar in 30 AD, because Hillel II added postponements after that. Then the Hillel II Hebrew Calendar was extrapolated backwards. However, if you go to this Calendar Converter, add two days to the Hebrew date, the Julian Calendar will give you the correct reading.Nisan 1, 3790 (Hebrew) was on Saturday, March 25, 30 AD (Julian). We can be sure that the Passover was Nisan 14. Keep in mind that Nisan 14 starts at 6 PM on Nisan 13.Lev 23:5,6 says, “In the fourteenth day of the first month at even (i.e., 6 PM on Nisan 13) is the LORD'S passover. 6 And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread unto the LORD”.Julian Calendar

That is not true. He did not die on the feast day. He died about 3 PM on Nisan 13, preparation day, as the Passover lambs began to be killed between the evenings at the Temple. He is our passover lamb, the Lamb of God.Joh_1:29 says, “The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.”Joh_1:36 says, “And looking upon Jesus as he walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of God!”Mat 26:2-5 says, “Ye know that after two days (Wednesday, Nisan 12 and Thursday, Nisan 13) is the feast of the passover (Friday, Nisan 14), and the Son of man is betrayed to be crucified.Mat 26:3 Then assembled together the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders of the people, unto the palace of the high priest, who was called Caiaphas,Mat 26:4 And consulted that they might take Jesus by subtilty, and kill him.Mat 26:5 But they said, Not on the feast day, lest there be an uproar among the people.”Mar 14:1 says, “After two days (Wednesday, Nisan 12 and Thursday, Nisan 13) was the feast of the passover (Friday, Nisan 14), and of unleavened bread (Nisan 15): and the chief priests and the scribes sought how they might take him by craft, and put him to death.Mar 14:2 But they said, Not on the feast day, lest there be an uproar of the people.”JESUS WAS THREE DAYS AND THREE NIGHTS IN THE HEART OF THE EARTHMat_12:40 says, “For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.”Thursday, dayFriday, night then daySaturday, night then daySunday, nightMar 10:34 says, “And they shall mock him, and shall scourge him, and shall spit upon him, and shall kill him: and the third day he shall rise again.”Crucifixion: Thursday1st day after: Friday, Passover2nd day after: Saturday, Unleavened Bread3rd day after: Sunday, Firstfruits, Resurrection Day> > The New Moon first day of the month of Nisan must fall on a Thursday so the the Passover falls on Wednesday the fourteenth and the Resurrection falls on Sunday the eighteenth.Let’s see if that would work.Wednesday, Nisan 14, would be PassoverThursday, Nisan 15, would be Unleavened BreadFriday, Nisan 16, would be Resurrection DayThat doesn’t work. Resurrection Day was on Sunday, the first day of the week.Mat_28:1 “In the end of the sabbath (i.e., Saturday), as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week (Sunday), came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre.Mar_16:2 And very early in the morning the first day of the week, they came unto the sepulchre at the rising of the sun.Mar_16:9 Now when Jesus was risen early the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven devils.Luk_24:1 Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them.Joh_20:1 The the first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre.Joh_20:19 Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.”> > James 5:7

> > Joel 2:23 says, "...For He has given you the former rain faithfully, and He will cause the rain to come down for you - the former rain, AND THE LATTER RAIN IN THE FIRST MONTH."
In Hos 6:1-3, Israel is speaking, saying, “ Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up. 2 After two days (i.e., 2000 years) will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight. 3 Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he (the LORD) shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.”Jesus is the LORD (Isa 44:6). He came as the former rain, Tishri 1, at the First Advent. He will return as the latter rain, Nisan 1, at the Second Advent.> > Therefore we are told that the Lord will "finish His work" by rapturing the Church/bride in the first month of Nisan, not "still four months" later because like the white Barley the Church/bride is "ready for harvest" by the rapture. "He who reaps" is Jesus who "gathers fruit for eternal life" , the firstfruits of the Spirit, by the rapture of His Church/bride in the first month of Nisan.
My current thoughts about the Rapture:We have coming up Cheshvan 17 (when it started to rain in Noah’s day), Cheshvan 21 (when Noah exited the Ark), and Kislev 24, the day of Jesus’ Conception. The latter seems to me to be our best chance for the date of the First-Fruit Rapture. It falls on Dec 8, 2012. That is one month after Mid-Trib, Nov 8/9, 2012, when Satan and his fallen angels are to be cast out of Heaven.Hag 2:18,19 says, “Consider now from this day and upward, from the four and twentieth day of the ninth month (Kislev 24), even from the day that the foundation (i.e., Jesus) of the LORD'S temple was laid, consider it. 19 Is the seed (zera, seed or child) yet in the barn (a saying, meaning is she pregnant)? yea (YES, Jesus, the seed of Gen 3:15 was conceived on Kislev 24), as yet the vine (Jesus), and the fig tree (Israel), and the pomegranate (meaning upright), and the olive tree (Israel with the Gentiles grafted in), hath not brought forth (NASA, LIFTED UP): from this day (Kislev 24, Saturday, Dec 8, 2012) will I bless you.”Joh_4:35: “Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.”The four months before the normal harvest time for barley, starting on Firstfruits, would be Teveth, Shevat, Adar and Nisan.Agape,Marilyn Ageeprophecycorner.theforeverfamily.com
"THE ACCEPTABLE YEAR OF THE LORD" IS WITHOUT QUESTION A VERY IMPORTANT YEAR FOR THE LORD AND FOR US.....
Isaiah 61:2
"To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God."
This tells us that 'the day of God's vengeance' will come in "the acceptable year of the Lord". We who are knowledgable in the Scriptures know that the day of God's vengeance will be directed toward Israel for their unrepentance. The Church/bride is not appointed to wrath, but will be raptured out of the way of the great tribulation of Israel.
Luke 4:19 Jesus is speaking
"To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord." (And then He closed the Book and sat down.) Why did he close the book at that point ?
To my knowledge this is the only time that Jesus is recorded in the Scriptures as actually reading a prophecy from the prophets. This must be extremely important. What He did not read is instructive in of itself.
This is conjecture on my part, but I believe that for a particular year to qualify as "the acceptable year of the Lord" it must also be a 'year of perfect order' in which the days of the week exactly coincide with the actual days of the Passion Week. The New Moon first day of the month of Nisan must fall on a Thursday so the the Passover falls on Wednesday the fourteenth and the Resurrection falls on Sunday the eighteenth.
The next time that happens according to the NASA Lunar Calendar for Israel is: New Moon Nisan 1, 5776 which is Thursday April 7, 2016 which is also in the next Jubilee Year (1967 + 49 = 2016).
Look what James and Joel say about the first month which is Nisan:
James 5:7
"Therefore be patient, brethren, until THE COMING OF THE LORD. see how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, waiting patiently for it until it receives the early AND LATTER RAIN."
Joel 2:23
"...For He has given you the former rain faithfully, and He will cause the rain to come down for you - the former rain, AND THE LATTER RAIN IN THE FIRST MONTH."
Therefore we are promised that Jesus, who is the Latter Rain, will come down for us in the first month which is Nisan.
This Scripture is also speaking of the first month of Nisan, and not "still four months" later:
John 4:34-36
"My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me and to finish His work. Do you not say there are still four months and then comes the harvest ? Behold i say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields for THEY ARE ALREADY white for harvest. And He who reaps receives wages, AND GATHERS FRUIT FOR ETERNAL LIFE..."
