YOUR LAMP—THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD

It is very important that we keep your lamp well lit at all times.  Do not let your lamp go dim or go out.  The lamp holds God’s Holy Word.  A lamp is a container…a holder of the light.  A wick is for burning oil that makes heat and light.  The container is the Word of God, which is the light onto God.  The oil is God’s anointing and the wick is the Holy Spirit burning brightly every day of our lives.  Keep your lamp well lit daily so when the Lord comes, He will see your lamp well lit.

Matthew 5:14-15   (14) “You are the light of the world.  A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.’  (15) “Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lamp stand, and it gives light to all who are in the house.”

 

This is a message from the Lord Jehovah our God.  God will provide all our needs he is our light.
