"Then you shall cause the
trumpet of the jubilee to sound on the tenth day
OF THE SEVENTH MONTH, ON THE DAY OF ATONEMENT
you shall make the trumpet to sound...."
The Day of Atonement, which
is Yom Kippur, is on the 10th day of the 7th
MONTH of the Sacred Year, on the
10th of Tishri.
If God meant to use the Civil
Year He would have the trumpet sounded in the 10th
day of the 1st month which is the Civil Year.
He did Not!
The Day of Atonement is on
the 10th day of the 7th month of the Sacred
Year which is the month of Tishri.
