"confirmation trap"

Confirmations are like opinions, every one has one.
Not belittling confirmations but sometimes we get led astray by what we believe are confirmations
Every one has had this problem, so really we can't point fingers.
So, what I have noticed over the years is that people look for confirmations of what they are thinking.
And they get them, but it seems to be personal confirmations.
And some times others appear to get confirmations of what that person shared.
I am speaking about dates here, and then when the date comes, poof.
I truly believe we won't know the date but will feel the pressure of the time.

So if we get discouraged, we really shouldn't, because that makes us vulnerable to the enemy
We should be cautiously optimistic, you know what I mean?
A little humor doen't hurt.
