According to Moses and not the later teachings of the Mishna, Talmud etc. or the Jewish teachers, this is the month of Tishri or Ethanim.

1 Noah his name means he will bring rest, Jesus is the Rest.

2 The ark is the Church

3 It returns on the third day of the feast of Tabernacles. The number 17 is prime number of 10 completion and 7 spiritual perfection.

4 The eight souls signal rebirth, or those that are born again.

5 They are all Gentiles, no Jewish presence yet. It is written this way because of blindness which has happened to Israel.

6 The message is that some Tabernacle season in the near future Jesus will return with his church Gentile Bride and replant his vine Israel, at this season. Hopefully 2019 making 2012 the rapture year.

He will set his feet in Ararat, the Holy Land or new creation.

This is a 1 year microcosm of the Tribulation. It has lunar calander count, and ten additional day making it a 365 solar gentile count.
