If the Apostasia is "doctrinal" and not "physical", would you say it's
what Paul is addressing in his letter to Timothy?

1 Timothy 4:1
"Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some
shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and
doctrines of devils;"...

It looks like it might be to me, but Paul does use a different word
there; Aphistemi.

If it is the same "departure", than it clearly involves a broad time
period (latter times), which the Catching Away (Harpazo) does NOT
involve.
