For any Doves old enough to remember A.W.Tozer, this is a message rarely preached in today's churches.  It follows our directive, by God, as told in II Cor. 6:17..."Wherefore come out from among them (the ungodly...the world and its idols), and be ye SEPARATE, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,....."

Too many hearts and minds today are focused on the world when God wants us to come out of the world and be focused on Him.  The world doesn't need our help in furthering it's corruption.  We are citizen's of God's Kingdom, and that is NOT of this world. ! ; And we should also believe what Jesus said in John 18:36...."Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world:  if my kingdom WERE of this world, THEN would my servants (us) fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews:  but now is my kingdom NOT from hence."

verse 37......"Every one that is of the TRUTH heareth my voice."

Tozer speaks of a heart "burning" with love for our Lord...maybe that's where the "warm feeling of truth" came from (which I felt) that was criticized by someone.  I spend little time being offended by anyone....ALL I am concerned with is the TRUTH.  We get little to no truth from the world and its governments....ALL of them.
