I am of the opinion that Enoch and Elijah were not transformed when they were caught up to Heaven, as we will be in the coming Resurrection.  It appears they were physically taken to Heaven to await their return at the coming Great Tribulation where they will die in the street of Jerusalem and then receive their new transformed bodies.  2,000 years here is only 2 days in Heaven, so being in Heaven without being transformed yet shouldn't be a problem.  Besides, nothing is too hard for God.  :)
