We are unprofitable servants, deserving of the outer darkness:

Luke 17:10 So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.

 

Matthew 25:30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Good thing it is not salvation by works.

Because, even if we have done all the things commanded us, we still have to say that we are unprofitable servants.

And it is highly unlikely that any of us have done anywhere near all the things commanded us to do.

Thankfully we are saved by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus.
