I may very well be wrong, but I don't see Iran allowing this 'peace and security proposal' to succeed. It leaves them totally out of the equation and will render Iran insignificant. Plus, Iran is now suffering from a debilitating drought which is threatening the regime's shaky hold on power.  These evil forces may cause Iran to trigger it's proxies for an attack on Israel - a la Psalm 83.  If Iran leaves this option out much longer, they will be unable to carry out a powerful attack.  It has to be soon, while the mullah's still have power.  This will trigger a massive regional war followed by Ezekiel 38. Let's face it - the world's armies are already there, surrounding Israel. Including an increasingly heavy presence of USA troops. They have already begun gathering.  A reminder that Ezekiel 38 happens at a time that Israel feels safe and recovering from a great war. This tells us that a regional war must happen first.
