Another post I submitted talked about Bill Gates trying to incite civil war via funding chemtrails. Have no idea if that's true, but I have noticed definitely more in San Diego over the past week+. 

I was going to ignore it until I saw it for the 3rd time tonight directly overhead  Hopefully John can embed these 2 photos.
