Domestic ‘Terrorists’
In a Nuclear War against Russia, a lot more People, in the
Millions would survive in Russia than they would in the USA.
The Russians have extensive Underground Bunkers provided for
the People. The USA does not, except for the Ruling Class.
Largely, due to recurring Invasions over the Millenia’s,
entire Russian Populations within Towns and Cities can
potentially survive a Nuclear War. In the USA? You are on your
own. It is believed that many Russian Nuclear Bunkers are
hidden deep in the Ural Mountains. This will be a long and
compressive study so, be warned.
Now, in the USA, there are similar Underground Bases in the
Rocky Mountains. One such famous Site is NORAD Command. It is
said that it can withstand a Direct Nuclear Strike. Also
realize that since 2010, the CIA moved its Domestic Arm
Headquarters to Denver. One bets you all did not know that the
CIA, the ‘Agency’ has a Domestic Operation in place. And did
you are hear and read about how the Deputy Secretary of the
Department of Defense, Kathleen Hicks drafted the DoD
Directive 5240.01?
She formulated the Department of Defense DoD Protocols to
allow the U.S. Military to gather ‘Intelligence’ on People it
deems a Threat to the Federal Government. And that it can work
with Local and State Policing Agencies to use ‘Lethal or
Deadly Force’ on U.S. Citizens if such Citizens refuse Arrest,
Interrogation or seek to Flee.
This means that Christians, Patriots, Anti-Abortionists,
Anti-Trans and Anti-Porn in Public Schools and Libraries that
are deemed ‘Enemies of the State and Domestic Terrorists will
have the Military to contend with. Who is Kathleen Hicks? She
was appointed to the Job, really because of, not so much
‘White Privilege’, but Class Privilege. Her Father was an
Admiral and worked at the highest Nuclear Facilities, that is
the only reason why and to promote D.E.I. Leftist Ideology,
Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, etc.

Defense Intelligence and CI will be the all-source
intelligence collection, analysis, sharing, and
dissemination capability derived from intelligence and CI
activities, operations, and campaign plans, provided to U.S.
Government and DoD decision makers and warfighters for
military planning and operations.
Dangerous Directives
This is very Dangerous and just another Step to a World of
‘1984’ Big Brother where the State is ‘God’ and any Dissension
will not be tolerated. The Issue is that due to the
Protections within the U.S. Constitution, the U.S. Military
cannot be quartered, nor used as a Domestic Policing Force.
And there is no recourse to redress any Grievances against
being detained or arrested by the Military. And one cannot sue
them as one can, presently of the Local and State Police
Agencies through the Court Systems, etc.
But thanks to 9-11, an Inside Job, the Patriot Act has set-up
the Apparatus to really be against the Patriots. And really,
if one peals back the Layer in the Onion, it is against the
Christian Witness. It is as the Bible describes, a Spiritual
War going on. But in the USA, such ‘Luxuries’ of having the
Government provide Bomb Shelter for its Citizens are reserved
for on the ‘Continuity of Government’ Club. And ‘You Ain’t in
it’. They would rather give those, if any to the Illegal
Migrants instead. It is understandable that the vast majority
of the USA does not have nor provide Bomb Shelters as the need
has not arisen.
The 2 vast Oceans served as the Protecting Barriers
‘Enemies’ would have to cross. But with Modern Warfare such as
Supersonic Missiles, Submarines and Satellites, the USA is
just as much a Sitting-Duck, as they say, as every other
Nation now. NORAD does not have the Defense Shield like Israel
does. It has a Defensive Shield, to a limited capability but
when Nuclear Warheads have MIRV’s, (Multiple Independently
Targetable Reentry Vehicles) to track and shoot down, a
Nuclear Attack will be overwhelming. And consider that Russia
has the most Stockpile of Nuclear Warheads.
It is estimated that Russia currently has about ~5,500 Nuclear
Bombs. And consider that this is half of what it used to
possess before the Nuclear Treaties were signed. It will only
take about 50 Nuclear Detonations to kill-off 90% of the U.S.
Population in the Continental States. This means that Russian
can launch a ‘Scorched-Earth’ Attack against the USA, 100
Times over. It would truly be a Terraforming Effect. However,
Russia and China, who will Tag-Team to invade the USA, at some
Point in Time, only want the Major Cities destroyed.
And most of the U.S. Population are on the Coastlines, 80% in
comparison to about 20% that inhabit in what are called the
‘Fly-Over States. But that is the Key. With 80% of the U.S.
Population killed-off and/or Raptured by that Time and Place,
the Bread-Basket of the Mid-West will be intact, needed to
feed the Russians and Chinese back Home. But in comparison, at
least the Russians, since the Ukraine Revolution of 2014 have
attended to upgrading or refurbishing their Bomb Shelters. It
is reported that all of the People of Moscow can be taken care
of and accommodated in such Facilities.
Or for example, other Countries, like in Finland, there are
than 5,000 Bomb Shelters in Helsinki alone. That is enough to
shelter more than the City's entire Population. And there are
more than 50,000 Bunkers across the Country, according to
Helsinki's Civil Defense Department. Can one say that of New
York City? Atlanta? Los Angeles? San Francisco? Seattle?
Dallas? St. Louis? No. Good Luck Citizens.
Every ‘Ordinary’ Man, Woman and Child for Themselves
So, in the inevitable cause of a World War Nuclear Strick
against the USA, the ‘Average’, Uninformed, Drugged-Up,
Partying and Protesting Americans are on your own. All the
while, the Governing Elites all get evacuated to their DUMB’s,
(Deep Underground Military Bases).
Remember, the Luciferians who are the Elites, that run the
World, for now are also Darwinian Socialists. Their Doctrine
is based on the Theory of Evolution. It is about the Survival
of the Fittest Races. This aspect is what is not taught or
made known in the Public Schools and Universities. Why not? It

Directive to allow for the U.S. Military to use Lethal Force
against U.S. Citizen? It is a Great Conversation to have,
especially after November 5, 2024, pertaining to the USA
Elections, when Violence breaks-out on the Side of the Left
mostly. November 5 is the 310th Day of the Year. If Trumps
wins, the Left will lose their mind and will Riot like it is
1999. …No, one means like 2020. Yes, Habeas Corpus was
suspended during the U.S. 1st Civil War. In fact, the whole
Constitution was suspended. As noted, Habeas Corpus can be
suspended for the following Reasons.
‘Only in Specific Circumstances such as Cases of Rebellion
or Invasion when Public Safety may require it. This is
outlined in Article I, Section 9, Clause 2 of the U.S.
Constitution’.
HABEAS CORPUS
Noun
1. A Writ that a Person may seek from a Court to
obtain immediate Release from an Unlawful Confinement, as
when the Confinement has occurred through a means that
violated the Person's Constitutional Rights.
2. The Right of a Person to obtain such a Writ.
3. A Writ to bring a Person before a Court or a
Judge, most frequently used to ensure that a Person's
Imprisonment, Detention, or Commitment is Legal.
The USA was under Martial Law during the Civil War. But what
came out of the Civil War was the Posse Comitatus Act. So,
this is your Political Science Lesson for the Day. Here
below is the Definition of the Act and the Scope of its
Reason. This Provision mainly came about because after the
Civil War, the Federal Army of the North, i.e., the United
States occupied the Confederate States of America, of the
South. And in so doing, the U.S. Army functioned as the
Police. And there was much Abuse. There was no U.S. Federal
Constitution being adhered to, and that is what is coming
again.
POSSE COMITATUS ACT
The Posse Comitatus Act is a United States federal law
signed on June 18, 1878, by President Rutherford B. Hayes
that limits the powers of the federal government in the use
of federal military personnel to enforce domestic policies
within the United States.
But here is what is going on with this DoD Department of
Defense Directive, drafted by a former Obama Appointee. It is
just that, a Directive. It is not ‘Law’. But one is convinced
that it is Unconstitutional. One is expecting the Law Suits to
ensue, if at all. It is because in the case of the U.S.
Constitution being totally suspended, there was an All-Out
War, the 1st Civil War, in one’s Estimation. And the Decision
was made by the U.S. Acting President. At that Time and Place,
it was Abraham Lincoln, etc.
But he conferred with his Cabinet and Leaders of both the
House of Representatives, the People’s House, and the Senate
Leaders. This, at least had some Semblance of a Representative
Republic. And to this, since they are all Elected Officials,
they are thus Accountable to the People, could be or would be.
In the case of the DoD Directive, the Deputy Secretary, Hicks
of the Department of Defense is not an Elected Official nor is
accountable to the People. This is the Problem.
She is a Bureaucrat that has been used to forge this Document
to further expand the Powers of the U.S. Military against U.S.
Citizens in U.S. Soil. Now, there has been in place, since
9-11, due to the Patriot Act, already the Provision to have
the Federal Government and the Executive Branch, i.e., the
U.S. President order a Suspension of Habeas Corpus, for any
and all types of ‘Insurrections’. But realize who has the
Power, the Military and how the Directive is being
interpreted.
For example, the January 6 Event was deemed an ‘Insurrection’
by the ‘Patriots’ and ‘Nationalist Christians’, etc. Because
of this, those apprehended and deemed the Leaders have been
detained without Legal Representation and are being held,
presently, to this day in Military Jails. Did you all realize
this? Think about that. Next Time one just demonstrates or
protests an Event the Federal Government deems an
‘Insurrection’, they will send the U.S. Military against you,
detain you for any amount of Time, indefinitely with no legal
right to Representation or Habeas Corpus Protection.
And now if you attempt to flee, the U.S. Military can shoot
you down. One just sees this Action as part of the Slippery
Slope of Tyranny that is being Written, Codified, and then to
be eventually Implemented. This same Approach occurred with
how COVID was rolled-out and there were ‘Directives’ from the
CDC on how to Federal and State Agencies are to Quarantine
People.
They can now force People the Government deems a ‘Threat to
Public Safety’ to be detained. Here is the Issue. Will
Americans in the U.S. Military fire upon fellow U.S. Citizens?
Probably not, unless they are Leftists. So, the Federal
Agencies have a Problem. Solution? Americans may have a hard
Time killing American in the U.S. Military, but not Migrants
or U.N. ‘Peace-Keepers’. And that is what one surmises will
happens. After the Rapture Event, whomever is President of the
USA will gladly call for the U.N. to assist in keeping Law and
Order.

This is where the COVID Camps and the separation of Families
would be implemented. Back in 1992, during the Los Angeles
Riots, due to the Rodney King Incident, the U.S. President
suspended the Habeas Corpus in Los Angeles, specifically and
only. And the Authorization by the U.S. Army that patrolled
the Streets was given the Legal Cover to use ‘Lethal Force’,
if necessary to spot the Riots and Looting, etc. The Decision
was made by an Elected Official.
This Directive on the Lethality Use was made by some
Under-Secretary of the Department of Defense that has no
mechanism of Accountability to the Citizenry. That is one’s
Point. There is nothing more desirable than for the Federal
Government to have those on the ‘Right’, deemed Patriots,
‘Christian Natalists’, Anti-Abortionist, pick-up Arms and
start shooting at Federal Agents. The Federal Agencies cannot
wait for that Day to come so they can then blame the ‘Domestic
Terrorists’ and have their long-awaited Excuse to confiscate
Arms and round-up such Insurrectionists.
Never Mind the BLM that burnt down the Major Inner Cities
along with Businesses and were allowed a Free Hand. Had you
all noticed how since Biden took Office, nothing but how they
described Conservative Christians as being ‘Nationalists’ and
Extremists. They intentionally make it sound like the Nazi
National Socialist Party. Precisely. Or how during Hurricane
Helene, the Media blamed the White Supremacist Militias for
threatening and not allowing the poor Federal Aid Workers to
come and help the People in the Region.
The Feds were so eager for those just wanting to protect their
Property from Looters, to have them start Shooting at the
Federal Agents. And come to find-out, it was reported by Local
Sheriff’s that about 70% of those Looting were from outside
the County and Migrants. It is all by Design. This is all a
9-11 in Slow Motion. And all this is sooner or later, coming
to a Suburban Neighborhood near you. It already has started.
One often wonders how, for example when the Soviet Union fell
apart and the Power transferred from Gorbachev to Yeltsin, it
was Putin who Yeltsin literally gave the Keys of the Kremlin

in War, the various Campaigns are called ‘Theaters’? One is

intriguing and if True, wow. There is going to be a 2nd Civil
War for sure, at some Point in Time. Perhaps the USA is
brushing-up against it now. But then one also has thought
about how it started with Clinton in how he ‘shared’ ICBM

to buy all of the U.S. Debt through Treasury Bonds, the
Chinese did so. And what did the USA or Clinton put-up as
Collateral?
All of the Federal Reserve Lands across the USA. In other
words, if the USA would Default, the Chinese will have a Legal
Right to all the Land. And they will need such Acreage to feed
their People. This is why, in one’s Estimation, on the Major
Cities will be Nuked. It will minimize the Radiation Fallout,
kill a High Yield of People and the Surviving one will tend to
the Farming and be enclosed in what is left of the
Metropolitan Cities that will be fenced-off as Ghettos.
This is why Bill Gates has bought-up major Acreage also and is
pushing for People to be quarantined into 15-Mintute Cities
and to eat Bugs, etc. As the Year 2025 comes into view, it is
a Quarter Century already into the Time-Span. Imagine that

Not giving advise but during this Weekend, when going on one’s
Weekly Grocery Shopping, one is just going to go over one’s
Food Budget. One will be buying a little bit more or ‘Extra’
in case any Election Riots do break-out and access to the
Grocery Store or Gas Station are sectioned-off or become
Dangerous. This will be especially True of the Major or Large
Cities. Yes, sadly in many parts of the USA, it has turned

Accomplished. One is buying extra cans of Beans, mainly Food
that can last a few Weeks.
Controlled Demolition
A few jugs of Water, filling-up the Tank on the Vehicles
and Extra Gas Container, etc. Have Matches, Candles, etc. If
all this will be a ‘Nothing Burger’, then one will not have to
go Grocery Shopping for 2 Weeks and it is then just ‘Good
Practice’ to have for all those Man-Made Weather Weapons and

But above all, Pray-Up and Rest on Jesus. He know where we are

needs to start for a whole Nation to turn back to Christ
Jesus.
But in general, it seems the USA, as a whole is increasingly
taking-up the Mindset of Pharaoh of the Bible, as it is
hardening its Heart one would say. And that was despite the 10
Plagues that ravaged his Kingdom. It is being no different for
the Response of the USA, collectively? If one can draw some
Prophetic Parallels of the USA being as an ‘Egypt’, and YHVH
sending Judgments upon the Land, Animals and People, then it
is also about a ‘Delivery’, an Exodus from that World as it
was then.
As one could deduce, along with others have made the Inference
of how the Rapture Event will precisely be that ‘Delivery’ and
Exodus, etc. But presently in the USA? On 1 Hand you see the
Church Body step-up and fill-in the Void that the Federal
Government lacked in terms of Rescue and Relief, concerning
Hurricane Helene, in particular. It also brings the Best out
of People. But then on the other Hand, one can daily see and
read the total Disintegration of the Nation in more ways than
one. Now, many People will say, ‘The USA and its People are no
different than any others in the World’.
That is a True Statement as the Human Condition is Universal
and every Human is born with the Sin Nature, etc. But one does
believe in ‘American Exceptionalism’. As a Political
Scientist, one can see why the USA was and is ‘Different’, at
least it was. If one know U.S. History, it is about the ‘Good,
the Bad and the Ugly’.
But America was Great because she was Godly, enough to have a
Spiritual Threshold of a Hedge of Protection and Blessing,
despite the Degree of Deceit and Wickedness all around. What
the Luciferians have done, is make the USA, now just like the
Nations, a 3rd World Nation, precisely because that Spiritual
Threshold is gone. And that is on the Church Witness, in one’s
Estimation. And that is what has happened during the Biden
Administration.

part of the Plan. It is really a 3-2-1 ‘Boom’ Demolition of
the USA in a Reset. It started with Obama, then Biden and now
finishing-off with Harris. Trump was an ‘Interruption’ and
will not be allowed to ‘Win’. But in one’s Estimation, it is
really a ‘Choice’ between, as the saying goes, the ‘Lesser of
2 Evils’. Now Skeptics have said, are saying and will, that
such a State of Affairs in the USA and the World have
come-and-gone.
They do appear to come in Cycles do they not? So, they ask,
what is so different about this ‘Next Alarmist’ Time-Frame?
There have been Amazing Celestial Signs in the Past, as they
are now, and surely many Destabilizing Geo-Political Events to
