"RE: Nery: 11.03.24: dream"

Nery,
You had written

then I saw one open and it looked empty and it made me feel like I hadn’t done my part, like somehow this present belonged to someone who didn’t know the Lord, and I missed an opportunity

There have been a number things, events, and times in my life, where I missed the opportunity, sometimes even conscious of it at the time.
I used to ride my bicycle to work, and every day I passed an old man, who was very friendly, as he would wave and call out a greeting to me.
I continually thought that one of these days, that I would need to stop and talk to him, and to give him the gospel.
Then one day he was not there, neither the next day, or the days after that.
Then I saw an elderly woman in the yard one day.
I stopped and asked her about the man.
She said that was her husband, but that he had just recently passed away.
I had missed a great opportunity!

But, what if he never got saved?
And what if Jesus allows the saved to witness the white throne judgment?
Then if that man never was saved, and realizes that his name is not in the book of life, what if he turns and looks right at me?
And he asks in tears, "Why didn't you ever stop, and tell me about Jesus?"
