Caspar,
This month, and last month, you posted links to .docx files.
There were spaces in the names, to which the URL converted to %20 (hexadecimal, i.e. 32 decimal ASCII, for the character, "space").
Some had too many %20, more than the number of spaces in the actual document name, causing the links to fail.
e.g last week you had: ILLNESS AND LOSS IN AMERICA 18 JUNE 2021 CELESTIAL TMV
but the URL link had the following in it:
ILLNESS%20AND%20LOSS%20IN%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20AMERICA%2018%20JUNE%202021%20CELESTIAL%20TMV.docx
I tried different edits of the URLs, reducing the number of %20, and eventually was able to download your files.
I would highly recommend using either underlines ("_") or periods ("."), instead of spaces, in the your file names.
You could also use dashes ("-"), like your 2nd link, last week, but it still had one "space", between THE and CENTURY, causing the break:
THE-END-OF-THE CENTURY-GREAT-WASTE
the URL link had the following in it:
THE-END-OF-THE%20%20%20%20%20%20%20%20CENTURY-GREAT-WASTE.docx
