"believers are good with each other, here at FiveDoves"

(There are different groups of Christians who believe different teachings on the blessed hope.
Some believe that the blessed hope is before the tribulation.
Amongst them, there are different teachings, also.
Some believe that the blessed hope comes before a 7 year tribulation.
The others believe that the tribulation is only 3.5 years and that the blessed hope comes before that.
Then there are those that the blessed hope comes in the middle of a 7 year tribulation.
Then there are some who believe that the blessed hope comes just before the vials of wrath are poured out.
Then there are some who believe that the blessed hope comes after the tribulation, at the second advent of Jesus.
For many of the above, some believe the blessed hope is split, or partial, with left behind Christians going through the tribulation.)

(However, the vast majority of people I have ever known or heard, do not believe these difference impact salvation.
That is really good.
There have been some of these different teachings presented, here at FiveDoves, from time to time.
At least here, I don't remember things ever heating up to sinful anger, or anathemas being hurled back and forth.
That also is very good.
Sadly, that is not the case out there on various internet sites and podcasts.
Where some have considered that not believing like they do, about the blessed hope, is damnable heresy.)

Luke 9:49 And John answered and said, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name; and we forbad him, because he followeth not with us.

50 And Jesus said unto him, Forbid him not: for he that is not against us is for us.)

(Then immediately after that:)

Luke 9:51 And it came to pass, when the time was come that he should be received up, he stedfastly set his face to go to Jerusalem,

52 And sent messengers before his face: and they went, and entered into a village of the Samaritans, to make ready for him.

53 And they did not receive him, because his face was as though he would go to Jerusalem.

54 And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did?

55 But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of.

(It is so easy to respond like they did.
I have at times been exactly like that, and I'm sure that I grieved the Spirit, by thoughts like that in my heart.)

(But, I do praise the LORD, that, here, at FiveDoves, we can disagree, and even debate, without calling down fire, or hurling anathemas.)
