In Matthew 24 and John 14, our LORD Jesus tells us to NOT let our hearts be troubled. These things HAVE to happen. In fact - in John 14:30-31, Jesus said that he can't say too much but that the prince of this world would be coming directly after Him. This 'prince' comes to show that LORD Jesus has obeyed the instructions of Almighty God. The 2nd link holds John 14 and it is very comforting to read this chapter. We can rant and rave against all the lies, deception and injustice we see, BUT, these things have to happen. We cannot allow these things to wear us down. Everything is awful - no denying that. But we need to straighten our backbones and pray our socks off and WATCH!
