I smell duplicity, lies and evil. This is all a show. A circus act. This is evil men waxing worse and worse - deceiving and being deceived. The clown act known as COP27 is happening at the same time - all hyped around a new 'Climate Change 10 Commandments'. Very little being discussed at COP27 has much to do with the climate and more to do with schmoozing for business opportunities. If the 1st link is anything to go by - this so-called 'surrender' by Russia, positively reeks of blocked sanitary drains. Are they all going to be braying (like donkeys) at the G20 in Bali on November 15th? Because I vividly recall reading prophecy about "while they are saying peace and safety". 1 Thessalonians 5:3.
