The Little Horn is a crown prince, a
son of King, who arises to become a king after the
10 horns are already kings. Daniel 7:24 says,
"And the ten horns out
of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and
another shall rise after them;" Daniel
7:17 & 7:23 show us that the 4th beast
(Antichrist & his kingdom) is both a king
& a kingdom, but the Little Horn is a crown
prince before coming a king.
The two
legs of iron (Dan. 2:33, 40-43) on the image
that Nebuchadnezzar saw were the Roman Empire
surrounding the Mediterranean Sea included
Spain, France, Italy, Greece, (which are
presently in the European Union) Turkey, Syria
(which included Lebanon) along with Iraq,
Israel, part of Arabia, Egypt, northern part of
Libya, northern part of Algeria, & Tunisia
as shown in the map at Map of Roman Empire at the
Time of Jesus & at its greatest extent

these countries surrounded the Mediterranean
Sea which is called the Great Sea in Daniel
7:2-3 & Rev. 13:1 which the 4th beast, the
AntiChrist (king & kingdom) with the 10

The 10 toes of clay and iron attached to
the 2 legs of the Roman Empireor apparently
are ten kings from the Eastern & Western
Roman Empire. So who are the 10 toes or
10 hornswho are kings? Could they be
some of the rulers of the countries that were
in the Roman Empire that I mentioned in the
above paragraph? 3 of the horns which
the Little Horn subdues (Dan. 7:20 & 24)
and plucks up are Egypt, Libya and Ethiopia,
and they do not escape him. (Dan.
11:41-43.) Both Egypt & the northern
part of Libya were part of the Roman Empire
although Ethiopia was not.
Since Russia & China were not
part of the Roman Empire, I don't see them
being part of the Antichrist beast's kingdom
that has 10 horns or 10 toes.
