AC has many names. Tyre is one of them. We
learn this from Ezekiel 28, a prophecy against Tyrus.
Few highlights about Tyrus' character.
"I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in
the midst of the seas;"
"Because thou hast set thine heart as the
heart of God;"
This Tyrus has the same character of the
man of sin in 2 Thessalonians 2:4. They both claim
that they are God. Basically, Tyrus and man of sin are
the same person.
Consider why does God name Antichrist as
Tyrus, we find Tyrus trafficking with all nations'
commerce and merchandise in Ezekiel 27. My belief
is AC shall set up Tyre as his commerce center after he
revives Roman Empire, with Babylon his religious hub.
When he does that, God calls him Tyrus.
But my focus is on Isaiah 23:15-17.
Isaiah 23:15 And it shall come to pass in
that day, that Tyre shall be forgotten seventy years,
according to the days of one king: after the end of
seventy years shall Tyre sing as an harlot.
"Tyre shall be forgotten seventy years"
speaks of his age. Before he reaches the age of 70 years
old, he seems fine before God. But when he reaches the
end of his 70 years, he shall sing as an harlot. While
virgin stands for faithful servant before God, a harlot
speaks of an unfaithful servant, who opposes God.
Now, there are two possibilities
concerning his age. The first one is when he appears
after the rapture, he is 70 years old. This is the first
year of tribulation. The second scenario is he is 70
years old when he sits in God's temple, imagine himself
being God. This is a mid-trib event. I am leaning toward
the second scenario because when he sits in God's
temple, imagine himself being God, it matches with what
God says about him, that is, he sings as an harlot by
opposing God, even desires to replace God.
But I also won't rule out the first
scenario especially I have found out Cardinal Peter
Erdo's birthday is only one day away from my rapture day
June 26 2022. And he shall reach the end of his 70 years
on June 26 2022.
