(fivedoves.com)  in my opinion I think the gentiles trample Jerusalem during the Great Tribulation of 42 months or 1,260 days at the same time as the Antichrist has authority for 42 months and sets up the abomination of desolation in Jerusalem which is the same time the woman (Israel) flees into the wilderness for 1,260 days.

I am still trying to figure out when the Two Witnesses begin prophesying. If there is no 3 1/2 years of tribulation prior to the Great Tribulation of 3 1/2 years, then it seems more likely that they would prophesy during the Great Tribulation of 3 1/2 years bearing witness against the Antichrist.
