The Two Witnesses are to prophesy for 42 months or 1,260 days according to Rev. 11:3.  They can't be killed until after they prophesy 1,260 days. You have them being killed four days before the last day of the 1260 day Great Tribulation.  They wouldn't be able to prophesy the last four days of the 1,260 Great Tribulation if they are killed & dead four days before the last day of the Great Tribulation.  If they began prophesying 4 days before the 1,260 day Great Tribulation begins, then they could be killed 4 days before the last day of the 1,260 day Great Tribulation.  However, if they begin prophesying on day 1 of the Great Tribulation, they can't killed by the Antichrist until after they prophesy 1,260 days when the Great Tribulation ends. The Antichrist's authority also ends after 1,260 days.  They then would be resurrected 3 1/2 days after the 1,260 Great Tribulation ends.
