At the (2:40)
section:
"We also know that countries, many
of whom are burdened by growing levels of debt, simply
cannot afford to go green. Here we need a
vast military
style campaign to marsh the strength of the
global private sector, with trillions as HIS disposal far
beyond global GDP, and with the greatest respect, beyond
even the governments of the world's leaders.
It offers the only prospect of achieving fundamental
economic transition."
Prince Charles does not tell us
who this man is that he refers to. Prince Charles is
not referring to himself...but to someone who will pool all
the money of the world..with military control over the
planet. Consolidating power to one person.
Because no one else, no countries, no leaders are capable of
doing this. Is this 'man', the AntiChrist?
Very sobering if Prince Charles is
referring to the AntiChrist...that would mean Prince Charles
could be in contact, in conversation with the AntiChrist.
Also, Prince Charles has come up
with an "Earth Charter" - also called the Terra Carta.
It's his plans to help the Earth and Nature 'recover'...and
to quicken the pace of achieving a sustainable economic
model on our way to 2030, involving sustainable practices
for consumers, investors and communities. 2030 is the
target year of a greener world economy.
"The so-called "climate emergency"
has become a timely and convenient instrument of propaganda
which is used to distract people from questioning "the real
crisis", namely the Covid-19 "plandemic" which is destroying
people's lives Worldwide."
Buried in these climate change
meetings is what Prince Charles referred to as "a vast
military style campaign"..."military geoengineering is a
macro-technology to influence and to change planetary
processes and at the same time a micro-technology to
influence our bodies and minds, a mind control technology.
But military geoengineering is kept not only hidden from
the public..In the meantime, the real geoengineering is,
however, violently transforming the plane for military use
against us and itself. This means that Mother Earth is
"weaponized", trying to change her into a giant war
machine."
"In 2025, US aerospace forces can
"own the weather" by capitalizing on emerging technologies
and focusing development on those technologies to
war-fighting applications. Such a capability offers
the war fighter tools to shape the battlespace in ways never
before possible.It provides opportunities to impact
operations across the full spectrum of conflict and is
pertinent to all possible futures. ..While some
segments of society will always be reluctant to examine
controversial issues such as weather-modification, the
tremendous capabilities that could result from this field
are ignored at our own peril. From enhancing friendly
operations or disrupting those of the enemy via small-scale
tailoring of natural weather patterns to complete dominance
of global communications and counterspace control, weather-modification
offers the war fighter a wide-range of possible options to
defeat or coerce an adversary. Some of the potential
capabilities a weather-modification system could provide
to a war-fighting commander in chief."
In the book "Global War-ning! Geoengineering
Is Wrecking Our Plant and Humanity", the authors are
"warning against the effects of a form of geoengineering
that is not of civil, but of military origin, and a
technology which alone is able to produce effects that appear as
global warming, climate change, and much more, such as
damage to the planet's ozone layer."

This is what Prince Charles is
referring to in his speech. And it looks like he knows
the one man, who is going to take control.
Isn't this exactly what Satan
wants to do and is doing? Destroy the Earth and
mankind. God's creation. And putting his
Antichrist in power will really get things moving along.
All of this is showing us how
close we are to the start of the Tribulation.
