Will the Day of the Lord Start in 2020?
Perhaps even 1 January 2020?
I have for some time felt that 11 November (11.11) could be an important date. This is the date the Armistice was signed in 1918, a day that signals peace (11 am on the 11th day of the 11th month)!! There is a timeline from 11 November 2019 to 1 January 2020 that is noteworthy.
If you add 40 days to 11 November 2019 you arrive at 21 December 2019. A further 10 days (50 days in all) takes you to 31 December 2019 - the Eve of the Day of the Lord? I know that we cannot be exact regarding dates, but with the acceleration of events taking place across the world, we can be expectant about the year 2020. There may be many possible timelines, but they are converging!!
There are some interesting dates in this timeline and include:
29 November 1947 UN Resolution 181 establishing Jewish State (72 years) and, on the same date in 2012 (UN Resolution 67.19, recognition of non-Member observer status for Palestine (SEVEN years!!).
9 December 2019 - 70 years from UN Jerusalem resolution (details below), as noted in Jonathan Cahn’s book The Oracle (page 203). Also
9 - 11 December - liberation of Jerusalem 1917 (102 years)
12 December 2019 – United Kingdom election (in effect, a vote on Brexit). Many of Bob Ware’s insights signal the importance of this date. 12*12 is 144 and could link to the 144 000 witnesses.
Hannukah: 22 December to 30 December 2019 (unusually late in 2019 and overlapping with Christmas).
Annular solar eclipse: 26 December 2019, and starting in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia). This eclipse is in the middle of Hannukah, and 15 years to the day from the 26 December 2004 earthquake and tsunami centered on Indonesia.
Rapture and.or Revival? 1 January 2020: federation of Australia (119 years). Australia became a nation on 1 January 1901 and (reflecting the alphabetical approach) became the first nation to vote for Israel becoming a nation on 29 November 1947.
Australia is known as the Great Southland of the Holy Spirit and, and prophecies indicate that a great end--time revival will start in Australia. If so, Psalm 119 is unique and highlights the Word of God.
Our blessed hope is the Rapture! We may not know whether Joel's outpouring of the Holy Spirit takes place before the Rapture, but we are in a time of exceptionally high watching for Rapture and.or Revival? The timeline through to 2020 can be expected to have increasing birth pangs!!

In his book The Oracle (page 203), Jonathan Cahn comments on a UN Resolution (see below) as follows. ‘To forcibly drive Israel out. It was the first time that the world would specifically attack Israel’s sovereignty over its ancient capital and the first time that it would call for action to separate Jerusalem from the Jewish nation. The resolution would seal the world’s course for years to come. It was passed on 9 December 1949.’ This year will be 70 years from that date!!
9 December 1949 (Resolution 303) (IV) To restate, therefore, its intention that Jerusalem should be placed under a permanent international regime, which should envisage appropriate guarantees for the protection of the Holy Places, both within and outside Jerusalem, and to confirm specifically the following provisions of General Assembly Resolution 181 (II) 3/ (1) the City of Jerusalem shall be established as a corpus separatum under a special international regime and shall be administered by the United Nations.
