An image of the 'god' Moloch, also known as Ba'al, has been reconstructed in Rome.  The name Moloch (Molek) means 'king' in Hebrew.  In the Old Testament, Moloch is the god of the Canaanites and Phoenicians - the god of child scarifies where the children are burned alive.  Moloch also means "something possessing the power to exact severe sacrifice".

G-d has much to say about Moloch and the worship of it's image - in both the Old and New Testaments.  G-d is not at all happy about the worshiping of this 'god' and child sacrifices to this 'god'.  He brings severe punishment to kings, kingdoms, and peoples for setting up altars, constructing images, worshiping and sacrificing to this 'god'.

Acts 7:43 You even took along the tabernacle of Moloch and the star of the god Rephan, and the images you made in order to worship them.  So I will take you into exile as far as Babylon. (The star of the god Rephan - Saturn of later mythology per the Biblehub:  "The best explanation of this is Rephan is the Coptic name of the planet Saturn".)

And now Rome - the city where the Pope/Vatican is located has an image to this 'god'!  If one believes that the pope is the False Prophet (the second beast with the 2 horns) this a real eye opener! 

This second beast of Revelation 13:11 has 2 horns like a lamb and speaks like a dragon...it makes the inhabitants of the earth worship the first beast (who has the mortal wound that was healed); it orders men to make an image of the first beast and 'gives breathe' to the image so the image can speak...and slays anyone who does not worship the image of the beast.

Maybe this 'image' of Moloch is a practice run for the 'image of the beast'. If this is anything like the image that is coming, 'giving it breathe' so it can speak will be terrifying and amazing to the people who see this happen!  And all those who refuse to worship this image will be put to death - indeed "exacting severe sacrifice"!

This statue will be there until March 29, 2020 (the 4th of Nissan - just a few days before Palm Sunday and Passover).

I would think we are so close to the start of the Tribulation as so much seems to be on the verge of being fulfilled!

ROME, November 6, 2019 (LifeSiteNews) - A reconstruction of a pagan idol who demanded child sacrifice was stationed at the entrance of Rome's Colosseum as part of a secular historical exhibition.

The presence of the idol raised particular concern among Catholics, as it was erected 9 days before the Amazon Synod and the subsequent scandal over the veneration of the Pachamama idol at the Vatican.

Some Catholics are distressed that the pagan god Moloch has been erected at the entrance to the Colosseum, which is one of the many amphitheaters where Christians were tortured and executed for the entertainment of the pagan crowds...."It was like they put Moloch there to mock the sacred place where the holy martyrs spilled their blood for the True Faith!"  "Both of these evil pagan idols required child sacrifices and both of them came to Rome at about the same time (as) the Synod," she said.

Moloch is the god of destruction; he became the god of the Egyptian military - the Egyptian god Set - a homosexual god of evil.  In ancient Rome, he is the god Saturn the god of the Roman military.  He is associated with heterosexual and homosexual orgies.
