Ever since former president G.W. Bush,#43,

formulated a plan for Government to partner with ministries , 

( called a "faith-based" partnership )

It is now required to follow certain rules that weren't there before.....

Such as, ...

when receiving food from faith- based charities, one must sign a paper not to give

that food to others. The food is strictly for your household.

That restriction obstructs true charity which --- before the faith-based concept---had no strings attached. 

Most, if not all, recipients use common sense.

One was always free to give to anyone hungry and in need. 

That's God's rule, and it far supersedes man's rules.

Acts 4:18,19...

"But Peter and John said unto them,

"Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, ye judge."

Acts 5:29

"We ought to obey God, rather than man"

(led of the Holy Spirit).

"We are to be wise as serpents, 

and harmless as doves." Matthew 10:16

As we Christians witness the spiritual darkness spreading over our land, we need to memorize these verses from Scripture.

They will guide us when the Powers that be

 ( T P T B) prohibit our free speech,  our owning a Bible or giving Bibles away, or giving provisions

to anyone who needs our assistance, in the authorization of Jesus.

We know that 

panhandling is forbidden, because it can be abused.

And the Spirit of the Lord

will give us discernment

as to who is sincere.

There are no pat answers,

But 

"Godly-care ( Charity) never fails."

1 Corinthians 13 :8.

"Agape-love covers a multitude of sins"

James 5:20.

Matthew 25:31-40 says it all....

verse 35:

"For I was hungry, and you gave Me food."

"I was thirsty, and you gave Me drink."

I was homeless and a stranger, and you had me sheltered. 

(" took Me in", 

led of the Holy Spirit).

Funding charities for the homeless counts.They can't do it without our financial assistance.

That's what the Good Samaritan did.

Luke 10: 29-37.

To those who hoarded and didn't share, our Lord said,

"Depart from Me, ye cursed, into Everlasting Fire, prepared for the devil and his angels."

Verse 42.

"See, I have set before 

thee this day: Life and Good. And death and evil."
