"CHRISTMAS DAY RAPTURE"
The Rapture occurring on Christmas Day has always been a strong
possibility for a few Years now. Far too many Christians have
had Christmas Day Rapture dreams that they can't just be brushed
aside any longer. The Word tells us that on the very Day the
Lord was born a multitude of heavenly host sang,
"Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, goodwill
toward men!"[Luke 2:14]
When we acknowledging Jesus Christ as our Lord and God we
receive His peace and goodwill. Being at peace with one another
and having goodwill towards all men is the evidence that we are
indeed children of God. "Nevertheless we, according to His
promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which
righteousness dwells. Therefore, beloved, looking forward to
these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without
spot and blameless."[2 Pet.3:13,14]
"He who would love life and see good days...Let him seek peace
and pursue it."[1Pet.3:10,11]
"Let the peace of God rule in your heart..." [Col.3:15]
"Pursue peace with all people..."[Heb.12:14]
We receive goodwill or good intentions from the Lord through His
Holy Spirit. This is how the Lord keeps our hearts SAFE from
Satan's influence! Judas Iscariot, one of the Lord's disciples,
betrayed Him because he rejected the free gift of goodwill from
above. As a result, his heart wasn't kept safe from Satan's
influence at the Lord's Supper. Hence we read: "Jesus answered,
“It is he to whom I shall give a piece of bread when I have
dipped it.” And having dipped the bread, He gave it to Judas
Iscariot, the son of Simon. Now after the piece of bread, Satan
entered him. Then Jesus said to him, “What you do, do quickly."
[John 13:26,27]
When we're continuously being filled with goodwill, as a direct
result of believing in the Lord, Satan cannot use us to do
wicked things to others. "...It is God who works in you both to
will and do for His good pleasure.[Phil.2:13]
Whether Christmas Day is the actual Day of the Lord's birth or
not is irrelevant. What's important is that all those who
partake in the Christmas Feast are Christians in word and in
deed and not just in name only. The Christmas Feast, believe it
or not, is the equivalent of the Lord's Supper. It's a Day we
celebrate the Lord's incarnation, and therefore shouldn't be
used as an opportunity to get drunk and eat excessively!
"Therefore, whoever eats the Lord’s bread or drinks the Lord’s
cup in an unworthy manner will be guilty of desecrating the body
and blood of the Lord! So let a person examine himself first,
and then he may eat of the bread and drink from the cup; for a
person who eats and drinks without recognizing the body eats and
drinks judgment upon himself. This is why many among you are
weak and sick, and some have died! If we would examine
ourselves, we would not come under judgment. But when we are
judged by the Lord, we are being disciplined, so that we will
not be condemned along with the world." [1 Cor.11:27-32]
Note carefully how the Lord's Words appear to highlight how
billions of Christians in name only celebrate Christmas Day!
“But keep watch on yourselves, or your hearts will become dulled
by carousing [that is, excessive eating], drunkenness and the
worries of everyday living, and that Day will be sprung upon you
suddenly like a trap! For it will close in on everyone, no
matter where they live, throughout the whole world. Stay alert,
always praying that you will have the strength to escape all the
things that will happen and to stand in the presence of the Son
of Man.” [Luke 21:34-36]
In the following passage it's possible that Paul wasn't
referring to a peace deal in the Middle East at all, but instead
he was referring to Christmas "For when they [that is, billions
of Christians in name only] say, “Peace and safety [or peace and
goodwill]!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor
pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape. But you,
brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake
you as a thief." [1 Thess.5:3,4][words in bracket are mine]
I'm expecting a Jubilee Christmas Day Rapture!
Hallelujah!!!
