We are told to study the Scriptures
to show ourselves to be approved before God, and not
have to be ashamed of ourselves by our lack of knowledge of
the Scriptures.
A Scripturalist is one who reads and studies the Scriptures so
as not to be ashamed by lacking knowledge of them.
