After I sent the previous letter "3 Clues and 3 Scenarios" to John, I realized that 11/11 has much deeper meanings.
1 year ago, Todd of <It Is Finished> introduced a message "Phoenix Rising November 11th" which Jordan received.

And in 5 days, he received more informations about 11/11 as a confirmation from David.

This Veterans Day is 100 years from the last day of WWI, and 100 means Elect.
