His standard - Not ours

His standard was offensive, difficult and hard to understand. Those who knew Him best believed that following Him was their only hope and left everything and everyone to remain with Him. Those followers who did know Him well or care to know Him better - left Him - and no longer followed. Not all believers (saved people) choose to remain with and follow Jesus, but those who do - are worthy of Him.
