I am sending this out to a few of my friends.   I have been friends with a pastor who lives near Lexington, KY for the past 16 years.   He loves end time Bible prophecy!   Imagine that---- a pastor who loves prophecy!  

Around 6 months ago he began having back pain, but tended to ignore it as just being the normal type of back pain.   Well, this past Monday he developed tingling in his legs, and he went to the doctor.   To his shock he found out that his lower back vertebrae are filled with cancer, and that it has metastasized to his ribs.   This past Tuesday he lost the movement in both of his legs.   He is at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.

My understanding is that there is nothing they can do for him other than to make him comfortable, as he is terminal.   His name is Pastor Ron Patterson, and he is around 59 years old.

PLEASE SAY A LITTLE PRAYER FOR HIM!   THANKS!   I WOULD APPRECIATE THAT VERY MUCH!   HE HAS BEEN A VERY DEAR FRIEND IN THE LORD!

I have tried to reach him by his cell phone on Saturday and today (Sunday), but he has not responded.   All these years he has so very much looked forward to going up in the Rapture, and I know he still desires that!

P.S.   Please pray that if possible he would still live to go up in the Rapture.   If that is not possible (and only the Lord knows that), then pray that he would be as comfortable as possible in transitioning from this world to Heaven.   Thanks!
