"RE: F.M. Riley: 11.12.17"

Pastor Riley,
You wrote in,"Look Up!":
To be set free from this body of corruptible flesh, and be clothed upon with our new body from Heaven, will indeed be glory, 2 Corinthians 5:1-5; 1 Corinthians 15:40-58.   Then and only then, our redemption will be complete!   What a glorious future awaits every true believer.

That really is something marvelous to anticipate!

Also, you wrote about, "A New Song".
I now look forward to hearing you sing that new song.
I imagine that in addition to singing about Jesus, and for him, and to him, at that time we'll be singing with him.

Then, you wrote about, "Final Thoughts".
Pastor Riley, I've always loved saying to people, "I'll see you here, there, or in the air".
So, if, as it seemed to me when we spoke on the phone, and also while you have recently been writing,
that you may believe that the time of your departure is at hand, that you may shortly put off your tabernacle,
then it may be best to say, "See you there, Pastor Riley".
I could ask you to save me a seat, but I realize that is not how that works, and I shouldn't ask that kind of thing.
However, I do look forward to experiencing Revelation chapters 4 and 5 with you.
How exciting do you think it will be, at that moment, to hear those words, "behold the Lion of the tribe of Juda"?
And how exciting do you think it will be, at that moment, to see standing, "a Lamb as it had been slain"?
I realize that by faith we have been seeing and hearing both of those wonderful things, for years now, in the book.
I wonder, though, if also physically experiencing it, if that will add to the excitement?
I kind of think that it might.
So, see you there, Pastor Riley!
