Our world indeed! Do not be fooled. One of the foremost methods of securing power is to appeal to a popular need at any given time. None... I repeat, NONE of our politicians have the people's best interests at heart.They just leap to power because they crave it. They need it. They feed off it. They make all the fancy shmancy speeches - a la Hitler and then just do as they wish behind closed doors. President Trump didn't get rich by being a bleeding heart, generous giver. They are all war mongers. War is money. They care not about God or His land. They care not about abortion or the human condition. They care not about anything other than filthy lucre. Please watch this very short video and recognise how Zimbabweans are being manipulated and see your own parallels. We all leap upon anything that promises us a better life in this world. Forgetting that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against the rulers and leaders.

All rulers and leaders are wicked. They love money... the root of all evil. President Trump is no more the earths next great hope than Mnanagagwa is Zimbabwe's next great hope. Zimbabweans are rejoicing because they have cast off one tyrant... hoping that the next tyrant will be a little kinder. I think Americans feel the same way. Obama was SO ghastly that they are willing to cut Pres Trump enormous amounts of slack. Trump has not halted abortion. He has not moved the embassy to Jerusalem. He is doing a little here and a little there... keeping America's heartland happy. The big issues have NOT been addressed. And nor are they likely to be. Sadly.

Almighty God is showing us that there is NOT ONE person on this earth who can bring peace. Jesus is the only Way.
