"The 10 Virgins and the Rapture"
Hi Doves,
As I watch this season's hypothesizing over the date of the rapture, a thought came to me.
As I DO suspect that the blood moons, the Jubilee, etc., are relevant and pretty much the only big dates during the generation of the rebirth of the fig tree, this idea came to mind:
The ten virgins thought they knew when the bridegroom was going to arrive, after all, they went out to meet Him.
But He didn't come.
I imagine they were somewhat dejected, as we might be IF this fall season passes without His coming.
But remember, He tarries, He comes at MIDNIGHT.
So in some ways we are like the ten virgins. Many of us think this, the Jubilee, is the day. We await His arrival (during the high feast days), but He doesn't come. (I come when you think not?)
So then, when is midnight? Could it be perhaps around the darkest day of the year, the winter solstice? Midnight is, after all, one-quarter of the way through the Jewish day, as the solstice is one-quarter of the way through the Jewish year.
Just a thought...
In Christ,
Mike
