"Is Religious solidarity political ?"

John and Doves,

It is interesting to note that both Judaism and Christianity
held global prayer days back-to-back on November 22 and 23, 2015.

International Bible Day--Monday, Nov. 23

While it is good to pray for the peace of Jerusalem ( Psalm 122 ) and also to honor God's Word, it is wise to remember the maxim:
" The good is oftentimes the enemy of the best."

The BEST is to pray in our prayer closets (Matthew 6:6)
and avoid public attention at all costs. (Matthew 6:5,6.)

Solidarity is strength in numbers, and is a political force.

God says, "Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit", saith the LORD of hosts"
(Zechariah  4:6 )

Private prayer is more powerful than any nuclear force.
It is what Jesus does for us every day as our Advocate
( 1 John 2:1... Hebrews 7:25... Hebrews 4:15,16 ).

In this age of one world religion, may we keep the spirit of Discernment to know what is political, and what is spiritual,
"God is a Spirit, and must be worshipped in Spirit and in truth" John 4:24.

In Him,
