Dear Doves,

           Once we grant the president, any president the legal authority to change
 the law, (even laws that we don't agree with) we have created a Dictatorship. The
power to create new laws, or dramatically modify them is vested in the Congress of
the United States alone.
           We must return to our traditional method of enacting laws and forever ban
the president, any president the authority to enact, or modify the Constitution. Of
course this practice will cause political consequences for many members of the political
elite, which championed Obamacare in the first place.
           I want this challenge to our lawmaker's to be as bitter and painful as possible.
Maybe then we'll have leaders who listen to the law of the land. Pray for our leaders
at this time, because it's God's job to appoint those who rule.

Howard Dean: I Wonder If Obama Has the 'Legal Authority to Do This'

“I wonder if he has the legal authority to do this, since this was a congressional bill that set this up,” said Dean of Obama's proposed fix.
